Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time with no long-term commitment. There is a 30-day cancellation period — if you cancel within the first 30 days you'll receive a full refund of membership fees paid.
The New Benefits Standard and Premium plans include Teladoc Mental Health — access to licensed therapists and counselors for anxiety, depression, sleep issues, and relationship support at $0 per visit. Mind Your Health goes further: it adds access to psychologists and psychiatrists, medication management, a dedicated personal health coach, and crisis management outreach. If you need psychiatric medication management or higher-level clinical care, Mind Your Health is the stronger choice.
Most plans activate quickly — you can typically set up your account and schedule a visit within days of enrollment. Note: general medical telemedicine is available for all ages; mental health/therapy visits are available for ages 12+; psychiatrist visits require age 18+.
Plans are available for individuals and families. When you get your quote, you'll be able to select coverage that fits your household. General medical telemedicine covers the whole family at all ages. Mental health/therapy visits are available for members 12+; psychiatrist visits (Mind Your Health) require age 18+.
Yes — in many cases. For general medical visits, clinicians can diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication when appropriate. For mental health, psychiatrists on the Mind Your Health plan can manage medications. Note: DEA-controlled substances cannot be prescribed via telemedicine.
This program is NOT insurance and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act. It contains a 30-day cancellation period and provides discounts only at the offices of contracted healthcare providers. Prices are subject to change.
