We use Fathom AI Notetaker to assist in securely recording, transcribing, and summarizing virtual meetings conducted via Zoom or similar platforms. Fathom is a HIPAA-compliant service and operates under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with our organization.
Fathom does not use recorded data to train its artificial intelligence systems. All data — including transcripts, summaries, and recordings — is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in secure U.S.-based data centers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Your participation in a recorded meeting constitutes consent to the use of this tool for documentation purposes. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact us prior to your appointment.
